To enroll in Bumby Club, please make your purchase and then complete this questionnaire about the recipient(s). Please do not fill out this form if you have not completed your purchase.

Once you have made your initial purchase, a team member will be in touch with you shortly to put your information on file. This plan is billed monthly at the beginning of the month or when the book becomes available (approximate date will appear in the notification email each month.)

The $18.95 here covers the first book for pickup; shipping (if applicable) and tax are added at checkout.

The Ongoing Plan is the only option where Friends & Family or Team Hadley discounts can be applied.
